This Returns & Refunds Policy governs all purchases made through the Vitalume-Health online store and forms part of your legally binding agreement with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below in full.

1. No Returns or Refunds on Supplements
Due to the nature of the products we sell, namely dietary supplements and consumable health products, and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (Republic of South Africa), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once dispatched, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened.

This policy is in place to:
– Prevent health and safety risks from tampering or contamination
– Comply with legal hygiene and public health standards
– Protect all customers by ensuring product integrity at all times

All supplement sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Customer Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to:
– Carefully read the product description and label
– Confirm the correct item before completing payment
– Understand the intended use and ingredient list

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
– Incorrect product selection
– Change of mind
– Dissatisfaction with taste, effectiveness, or results
– Products damaged after delivery or tampered with in any way

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, or your order arrives visibly damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing our support team at: [email protected]

Please include:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the outer packaging and product
– A short explanation of the issue

Note: The product’s seal must remain fully intact for any claim to be considered. If the tamper-evident seal is broken or if the claim is submitted after 24 hours, we will not accept or review the case. All decisions remain at our sole discretion.

4. No Chargebacks or Disputes
By completing a purchase on our store, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or dispute related to returns, non-use, or refund requests for supplements. This policy is binding and enforceable under South African law.

Any violation may result in legal action and permanent removal from our customer database.

5. Policy Amendments
Vitalume-Health reserves the right to amend or update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. The version displayed on our website at the time of your order will be the version in force.
